This website includes all information, tools, products, and services available for you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices presented throughout the site. 

Standard Delivery

  • Standard deliveries Australia-wide is FREE.             
  • Order delivery in NSW, VIC, QLD, and Metro areas arrives in approximately 1 – 5 Business days.
  • Packages for TAS, SA, and Metro areas will take approximately 3 – 6 Business Days
  • Area of Perth, Darwin & regional areas will reach in approximately 5 – 12 Business Days.

Express Delivery 

  • Express delivery Australia-wide will incur $14.95 to $24.95 depending on the delivery postcode.
  • Sydney metro areas are generally delivered the same/next business day.
  • Melb, Bris, Adel, Perth, ACT, and NSW cities will take 3 business days approx.
  • Darwin & outside of major cities will take 3 business days approx.

Critical shipping terms and conditions

  • Please read through critical shipping terms when placing your order.
  • We pack all hampers in beautiful and strong boxes placed in mailer boxes so that items stay safe and undamaged.
  • We use Australia Post for standard shipping and express delivery as our delivery partner.
  • Orders received by 11:59 Am Sydney time – weekday will be dispatched from our warehouse on the same day.
  • We do not currently offer Click & Collect due to Covid – 19 health impacts. For more information, please refer to the Australian Department of Health, Health Direct.
  • Once an order is dispatched by Ohampers, we are unable to make changes to your order.
  • As our gifts contain perishable items and often need to be in the hands of the receiver, if a recipient is not available to take delivery on time will not be eligible for a refund for any damages.
  • ‘Authority to Leave’ option is given at checkout as to whether or not the parcel can be left unattended in a relatively secure place if unavailable to receive the package. Ohampers and our delivery partners do not accept responsibility or liability on the occasion that a shipment is lost after our couriers have documented the package as ‘successfully delivered’. Unfortunately, this will not entitle the purchaser to a refund or replacement, as the gift has been delivered.
  • When your order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch notification email with courier tracking information that will allow you to track the progress of the delivery. 
  • Given special delivery instructions at the checkout page will be affixed on the label to assist the delivery person at the time of delivery. Eg. Beware of dogs, Building color is off-white with a revolving glass door, leave the parcel with reception or give John a call on 0412 356 789 to access).
  • Once your order has been distributed OHampers’ delivery partner it becomes their responsibility. OHampers are not liable and/or responsible for any delays and/or lost and/or stolen orders in transit. 
  • Specific time delivery instruction will be considered by the delivery person yet it is not guaranteed. You may not receive a text/call by delivery person prior to delivery, to confirm an address, or upon an unsuccessful delivery.
  • Parcel with authority to leave but cannot be left unattended for any reason will be returned to the local post office for pick up, redelivery fees may be applicable.
  • Deliveries are generally made during business hours Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), and occasionally out of business hours or on Saturdays to residential addresses. For regional locations deliveries can be made to the local post office for pick up.
  • Ohampers’ nominated carrier delivers hampers to reach on time. However, any delivery timeframes are an estimate only and you acknowledge and agree that delivery within the estimated time frame is not always possible due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • We will not be able to refund the cost of Express Delivery if there are delays. Most Express Deliveries will arrive within the scheduled time frame; however, some will take longer.   • Parcels successfully delivered to an incorrect address are not eligible for refunds.
  • In some cases, deliveries may come straight back to us. We are unable to obtain a cause until it arrives back to us, and we, therefore, encourage our customers to keep an eye on the delivery status. In such cases redelivery fees may apply.
